吸烟有害健康已成为全世界的共识,而我们青少年正处在生长发育阶段,对有毒有害物质比成年人更容易吸收,毒害作用更大。由于青少年正处于发育成长期,身体各系统和器官的发育尚不完善,抵抗力弱,吸烟对骨骼发育、神经系统、呼吸系统等均有一定程度的影响。烟草中的大量尼古丁对脑神经也有毒害,它会使学生记忆力减退、精神不振、学习成绩下降。更为严重的是吸烟一旦成瘾,就形成神经依赖,一时很难戒除。
