爱国主义教育莫忘“一百减一等于零”

从《诗经》的“岂曰无衣?与子同袍。王于兴师，修我戈矛”到《楚辞》的“身既死兮神以灵，魂魄毅兮为鬼雄”，从曹植的“捐躯赴国难，视死忽如归”到谭嗣同的“我自横刀向天笑，去留肝胆两昆仑”，从鲁迅的“寄意寒星荃不察，我以我血荐轩辕”到艾青的“为什么我的眼里常含泪水?因为我对这土地爱得深沉”，爱国主义一直都是中华民族的民族心、民族魂，是中华民族最重要的精神财富，是中国人民和中华民族维护民族独立和民族尊严的强大精神动力。

2019年，中共中央、国务院印发了《新时代爱国主义教育实施纲要》，并发出通知，要求各地区各部门结合实际认真贯彻落实。“爱国，是人世间最深层、最持久的情感，是一个人立德之源、立功之本。孙中山先生说，做人最大的事情，‘就是要知道怎么样爱国’。我们常讲，做人要有气节、要有人格。气节也好，人格也好，爱国是第一位的。”爱国应是无条件的，容不得有丝毫妥协退让。新时代的爱国主义教育应是百分之百的，我们必须坚持“一百减一等于零”的理念，树立坚毅果敢的赤诚爱国之心。

爱国主义教育应一个也不能少、坚持从小教到大。爱国主义教育涉及14亿中国人民，应当让所有人民群众接收熏陶洗礼。我们应在中小学基础教育、高等教育、职业教育中开展爱国主义教育课程，在广大知识分子中弘扬爱国奋斗精神，还要在社会各界人士中激发爱国热情。同样，在香港同胞、澳门同胞、台湾同胞和海外侨胞应加强“一国两制”实践教育，从而增加对国家的认同，自觉维护国家统一和民族团结。中华人民共和国的公民生于斯、长于斯，在学校接受爱国主义教育，在迈入社会之后也需要培养爱国情怀，因为爱国是一辈子的事，是须臾不能忘怀的事。

爱国主义教育应注重外在礼仪与内在灵魂的统一。曾记否，歌乐山下渣滓洞中，“囚徒们”冒着生命危险偷偷绣出“五星红旗”;曾记否，淞沪会战中，“八百壮士”高唱《义勇军进行曲》鼓舞士气、保家卫国。国旗、国徽、国歌代表国家，注重运用仪式礼仪，表达的是对革面先烈的追忆与缅怀，更是对国家的尊重与热爱。近期在香港，不少爱国爱港同胞守护国旗、国徽，高唱国歌，维护社会秩序，他们是真正的爱国者，他们无愧于炎黄子孙的称号。同时，爱国主义教育也应深入骨髓灵魂、入心入脑，不偏听偏信、不借爱国之名行损国之事，以正确方式表达自己的爱国热情。

爱国主义教育应坚持爱党爱国爱社会主义相统一。“祖国的命运和党的命运、社会主义的命运是密不可分的。只有坚持爱国和爱党、爱社会主义相统一，爱国主义才是鲜活的、真实的，这是当代中国爱国主义精神最重要的体现。”有少部分人，他们打着爱国不必爱党、爱社会主义的旗号，故意去制造爱国与爱党、爱社会主义的矛盾和对立，殊不知他们忘记了近现代以来中华民族所走过的艰难曲折道路。“没有共产党，就没有新中国”，中国共产党带领中国人民自力更生、艰苦创业，开辟中国特色社会主义道路，使中华民族屹立于世界的东方，我们才有了今天幸福美好的生活。
